    Working with project managers to implement features from a technical specification Designing code modules that scale well under heavy load Working with QA analysts to resolve issues before going live Create documented code that can be understood and reused by other software engineers.
    Work with visual designers and other Flex/Flash engineers to design complex visual applications and data interactions

    What we’re looking for:
    Solid understanding of client-server architecture, and a demonstrated ability to develop complete data driven interactive web sites from the top down Superior front end programming skills (Flash, ActionScript, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS).
    Experience integrating dynamic content into Flash via XML Strong experience with Flash, and Actionscript 2 Proven ability to rapidly implement interactive applications using Flash and / or Flex Experience connecting Flash to a .NET web services backend Strong understanding of cross-domain issues Experience working with streaming media in Flash and diagnosing issues in a production environment Experience with FLEX 2 and Actionscript 3 is a plus
